Our process
Consultation and Site Visit
Consultations cost $125/hour, due upon completion of the site visit. We will walk the site and discuss your needs and wants for the landscape. We will take measurements, photos of the site, and analyze drainage, sunlight, soil conditions and existing plants.
Design Proposal
Following the consultation, a design proposal will be created that details the scope of the project and fees. Any necessary adjustments to the design proposal will be made before design begins. After reviewing and approving the proposal, we will begin the design process.
Design Process
You will be sent a conceptual design that may consist of preliminary plant list, materials, and perspective sketches.
After discussing preliminary design concepts, a labeled base plan and detailed plant list with recommended sizes and quantities will be provided.
Final Design + Implementation
We will review the final design together in-person or over zoom. We will discuss possible phasing based on budget. If Rosser Studio will be installation the plants, we will discuss plant orders and an estimate for installation will be created.

A focused site visit to walk the property, discuss goals, identify opportunities, and create a clear next step.
